How To Claim It

As soon as you receive your scholarship:

•  fill out an Award Acceptance Agreement. If you did not already receive one with your award you can download and mail, fax or email this document in to the Texas FFA Foundation office.
• send a thank you note to your donor. Don't know who your donor is? Click on your scholarship above and get the address and information. Make a copy and send it with your Acceptance Agreement to the office.

When you graduate from High School:

• If you earned your scholarship more than a year prior to your graduation, send another thank you note with an update on your future plans to your donor. Send a copy of this to the Texas FFA Foundation office as well.
• Send a copy of your fall class schedule showing at least 12 hours or full time status at your college or university. 

NOTE: If you have earned multiple Award scholarships and want to stager the receipt of those scholarships please submit a Multiple Scholarship Disbursement Form.
