Permission to Use FFA Trademark Logos and Emblems: Sponsors/suppliers may request permission to use the FFA Name and Marks by through a licensing agreement with the Texas FFA Association. In addition, licensing agreements are including through sponsorship packages offered by the Texas FFA Foundation.
The FFA® emblem, name and initial "FFA®" are registered trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. The FFA is a federally chartered organization by the U.S. Congress under Public Law 105-225 (formerly Public Law 81-740) and the control and use of its trademark is protected by law and cannot be used or sold by anyone without approval of the Texas FFA Association.
